The DCES yearbooks will be available for purchase after school on Monday and Tuesday (May 21st and 22nd). Yearbook sales will take place on the "Map" and the cost per yearbook is $30 (cash only please).

VoiceNM Opportunity To Learn Survey
Your opinion matters to us! "Voice NM" is a survey application used by the New Mexico Public Education Department to collect input from students, parents, and teachers regarding education in New Mexico. Please take the time to complete one online survey for each of your children's Kinder-2nd grade teachers. You just need to fill out one survey per teacher per child. The 3rd-5th grade students have already taken this survey at school, so only K-2nd parents need to participate. All surveys must be complete by May 11th. Thanks so much for your support. Your feedback is greatly appreciated.

On Friday May 11 from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m., on the DCES field, please come out for our Spring Fling festivities. There will be jumpers, a climbing wall, photo booth, slime table, and cake walk. Music will be provided by Mix 105.1. Food vendors include Chick-fil-A, Papa John’s Pizza, Baskin & Robbins, and Kona Ice.

The DCES Science Fair will be held Tuesday, March 13 in the DCES gym. Students can bring their projects to the gym after school on March 12 or before school on March 13. Judging will start at 8:00 a.m. on March 13 and will be completed at approximately 11:00 a.m. Classes can tour the projects after judging is completed.
